Sweet Lord Jesus, it hurts

Made the mistake of helping out some of my delivery guys with a panic rush order and have locked up my whole left side under my arm. Not really anything I can do to avoid miserable bolts of pain that make me stop breathing and start praying. This is way sucky and I may not post much today. But I'll try.
