I was so stunned and awed by this yesterday that I didn't think to post it here out of sheer gobsmackedness, and maybe a little reluctance to disturb the deep feelings it evoked. It may be the most powerful argument for the reelection of George W. Bush I've ever seen, and further proof that Gerard Van der Leun of American Digest is one of the essential bloggers, and writers, of our time. Make him one of your favorites, he's definitely one of mine.
