Last spring, we took the dogs to St. Edwards because we knew there would be bluebonnets all over the hill that slopes up from the athletic field, making a natural amphitheater right below the shrine they have made beneath the main building. There's a nice view of the city from there, and we take the dogs there because not many other people do and therefore we don't get scowled at for not having the dogs on a leash. This isn't a very bluebonnety spot, but it's the best picture we got that day.
