RIP

I really liked James Brown and am sad to see him go. Of the many blog posts about the Godfather of Soul's recent death I've seen that contained Youtube clips of JB, this is my favorite. James is rocking a fro and sounds better than I've ever heard him, and says "Good God" just once, at the perfect moment. Magical.

I'm almost ashamed of how his death lends itself to awful jokes containing his song titles. Think about it.

If that did not sound like a 3 minute plus tribute to Orville Redenbacher's mom I do not know what is......

Dear Sir/Madam,

REF : Training materials - free resources for schools and for homeschool students - Sample copies of promotional items - free stuff for kids

I am writing to inquire about receiving, possibly free, multiple copies of the items as teaching materials advertised on your and in your publications list for distribution to homeschool students and students on healthcare courses. Anything to make my classes more interesting. I recently started working as a teacher - Can you help get me started ? Do you supply internationally ? I would be happy to promote the excellent work of your organisation and its products, highlighting the substantial contribution of your company to education - this would be a great way to distribute your samples and my hard up students would love them, I am sure. I would be pleased to receive as many items as possible to the following postal addresses :

14 Barnes Avenue
Fearnhead
Warrington
Cheshire
WA2 0BN

and also, if possible, duplicate copies to a charitable organisation I support - a school/hospital run by a group of nuns -

Sister Consilia, Sister of the Cross
Bamunigam Health Centre
Khandamal De
Orissa
India

We are very low on resources - developing a professional resource library, teaching english, training traditional birth attendants, and setting up a hospital and a school. I am confident of the legitimacy of this project which supports one of Britain's largest aid programmes - a thank you for the Gorkha services. This area of India and Nepal has one of the world's highest maternal, infant and child mortality rates in the world, as well as one of the poorest literacy rates. I look forward to hearing from you and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your assistance.

Yours faithfully,
