Steve Sailer has gone to considerable time and trouble to explore the liberal meme that Bush is dumb and Kerry is smart, by taking the information available (which isn't much from Kerry as he refuses to release educational and military records that would help a lot here) and producing what are likely IQ scores for the candidates.
